Our History

• 1921 : Creation of Esjot in Ense, Germany
• 1979 : Creation of Esjot-Industriale in Mede, Italy
• 1991 : Esjot purchases Goldenberg-Sécurité, a company set up in 1835 in Saverne, France
• 1999 : The English group Texon purchases the Esjot group
• 2005 : Creation of Esjot Asia in Foshan, China
• 2007 : Esjot-Group is purchased by the Senior Management of Esjot Goldenberg on July 19 and is now independent

ESJOT Group holds today 4 companies and the head quarters are located in Saverne (France).

ESJOT Group conceived and produced the first ever cap and midsoles for safety shoes and is the world leader on its market.

ESJOT Group was the first company in its field to be certified ISO 9002 (1984) and is currently certified ISO 9001-2000.

ESJOT Group offers over 80 product families, standard or customized, and is present in more than 60 countries throughout its network of experienced agents and distributors.
