We are pleased  to inform that on the 19th March 2010, Esjot-Group has concluded the sale of Its italian Company Esjot -Industriale to Euromeccanica Spa, Esjot's Partner since 1988.

Euromeccanica and Esjot Group will continue to act as partners.

These events satisfy as well the Management of Euromeccanica and Esjot-Group as the whole staffs and will allow us to reconcentrate on our core business to serve our Customers and develop our worldwide activities.
